  2. It’s a Japanese place called Guilo Guilo. Very theatrical – it’s a U-shaped bar with the chef and his staff working right in front of you. The tasting menu is around 45 euros, but plan on 60 with sake and supplements (this foie gras sushi was an optional “extra”). They’re not great about answering their phone, so make your reservation in person if you live in the neighborhood. Have fun!
