I like to watch, yes. But I prefer to eat. These look… savory. Are they sweet biscuits or salty crackers?

Hi Eleonora,
They’re sweet shortbread biscuits (or cookies). You can still find them at Poilane after the holiday season – they’re called “punitions.”
