Well eating oysters in Paris was a new experience for a southern “girl”. I did so enjoy them and learned to eat them with a tiny dollop of vinegar. ( Not what we use in Alabama) Slurping the “juice” from the shell seemed oh so NOT French to me, but I followed suit!
